At some point every home is going to need a little maintenance or repair work done to it. Both of these have free shipping (which is awesome because of the weight) and they both are reasonbly inexpensive. The first one is about $315 and the second is just a shade under $200. I don’t think you can go wrong with either one, although the Werner folding multi purpose ladder seems to be the more popular of the two…most likely because of price.
